Representative Lincoln brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                                                
SB 158 (page 3307).                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The following was before the House in third reading:                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 158                                                                                                         
    "An Act relating to oil and hazardous substances and waiver of                                                              
    cost recovery for containment and cleanup of certain releases; and                                                          
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Representative Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
SB 158 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                                
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
